Blue Mirae Returns & Exchange Policy
At Blue Mirae, we want you to be delighted with your handcrafted shirts. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
1. Return & Exchange Window: You have a window of 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return or exchange request. Requests placed after this 7-day period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the exact condition you received it.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached to the product.

The product must not be from our "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" categories (if applicable, these will be clearly marked on the product page).
3. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and other considerations, the following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

Items marked as "Final Sale."

Any product that has been used, washed, or altered.

Products without original tags and packaging.
4. Return & Exchange Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at [Your Customer Service Email ID] or call us at [Your Customer Service Phone Number] within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your Order ID and the reason for the return/exchange.

Await Confirmation: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to package and send the item back.

Pack Securely: Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging (or a suitable alternative that protects the product during transit) with all tags intact.

Shipment:

For eligible returns/exchanges, a reverse pickup will be arranged for your convenience.

A flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund or charged for the re-shipment of an exchanged item. This fee covers the logistics involved in processing your return/exchange.

Please ensure you provide accurate pickup details to avoid delays.

5. Refunds:

Once your returned item is received and undergoes a thorough quality check (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt), we will process your refund.

If the product passes the quality check, the refund amount (minus the ₹100 flat shipping fee) will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days from the date of quality check approval.

In cases where the product does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., used, damaged, missing tags), we reserve the right to deny the refund. In such cases, the product will be re-shipped to you at your expense.
6. Exchanges:

For exchanges, once the returned item passes the quality check and the ₹100 re-shipping fee is paid (if applicable), your requested exchange item will be dispatched, subject to availability.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will initiate a refund as per point 5.
7. Damaged or Defective Products:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us immediately (within 24-48 hours of delivery) with clear photographs of the defect/damage.

In such cases, Blue Mirae will bear the return shipping costs, and you will be offered a full refund or a replacement at no additional charge, once the item is inspected and the defect is confirmed.

Blue Mirae reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policy.
